Flat-Pack Furniture – Returns & Replacements

Can I return flat-pack furniture?
Once flat-pack furniture has been opened and assembled, it cannot be returned. This is because opening the packaging makes it unsuitable for resale.

What if parts are missing or damaged?
If you find that a part is missing or damaged, please contact us right away. We’ll send the replacement parts to you at no extra cost.

Why can’t flat-pack furniture be returned once opened?
Flat-pack furniture is carefully packaged for safe shipping. Once opened, it may be incomplete, repackaging is not possible, and resale is no longer viable. For this reason, we cannot accept returns after the box has been opened.
