Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Please contact our Customer Service team info@plentifulstorage.co.uk to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.
  • Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or sent in error.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If the delivery looks visibly damages please refuse delivery unless you are happy to receive replacement part

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please add pictures in the email. 

  • Damages  and refusal of delivery must be reported within 2 days of delivery and must contain accompanying photos of the damage.
  • In the event of a faulty product, please contact our info@plentifulstorage.co.uk immediately for further instructions.

5. Exceptions to the Return Policy

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale items).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact Customer Services, and we will guide you through the process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@plentifulstorage.co.uk.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused and unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
